Dear OBBA Families,

We would like to share information about a local high school student-athlete who recently suffered a serious injury.

Adriana, a vibrant and dedicated 16-year-old wrestler, sustained a severe neck injury during a recent match that required emergency surgery. She is now facing a long and uncertain recovery. Adriana is known for her energy, determination, and heart — not only as an athlete, but as a kind and caring young woman who brings light to those around her.

She was raised by her devoted mother, a hardworking single parent who has always gone above and beyond to support Adriana’s dreams and goals. This sudden and tragic event has placed significant emotional and financial strain on their family as they focus entirely on Adriana’s healing and rehabilitation.

OBBA Spring Basketball Registration is Open!

We’re excited to announce the return of the Old Bridge Basketball Association Spring League! Spring basketball is a great opportunity for players to keep developing their skills, stay active, and enjoy the game in a fun, positive environment.

Program Format & Target Nights (Sandburg)

• 1st & 2nd Grade (Instructional Clinic Format)
  Monday nights – Sandburg Large Gym
  Skill development, fundamentals, and learning the game in a clinic-style setting.
• 3rd–5th Grade Boys (8-Game Season)
  Tuesday nights – Sandburg Small Gym
• 3rd–5th Grade Girls (8-Game Season)
  Friday nights – Sandburg Small Gym
• 6th–8th Grade Boys (8-Game Season)
  Wednesday nights – Sandburg Small Gym
• 6th–8th Grade Girls (8-Game Season)
  Friday nights – Sandburg Large Gym

Division minimum / cap: Each group requires a minimum of 40 players to run and has a cap of 60 players per division. Once a division reaches capacity, registration will close.

Volunteer Coaches Needed: We are always in need of volunteer coaches to help make this program successful. To register as a COACH, please select the VOLUNTEER button on the website during registration.
